1. Scope
This Money-Back Policy applies to paid training offerings sold directly by Stream Node to consumers or businesses in Brazil when a separate contract does not override these rules. Prices shown on the Site are informational until confirmed in an order or proposal.
2. Cooling-off period
Consumers generally have 7 (seven) days to cancel distance contracts under CDC Article 49, unless an exception applies. Where Stream Node offers a voluntary 14-day satisfaction window for specific programs, that window will be stated on the checkout or invoice email.
3. Eligibility for refunds
Refunds apply when cancellation occurs within the statutory or advertised cooling-off period and before substantial digital materials are accessed beyond the preview described at purchase. Custom onsite engagements follow the statement of work.
4. Partial refunds
If you complete more than the preview threshold of asynchronous modules, we may retain a portion corresponding to delivered value, calculated transparently in your order details.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party exam vouchers, already-issued certificates after verification, and shipping of printed materials once dispatched are non-refundable except where defective.
6. Process
Email trust@streamnode.one with your full name, order reference, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within two business days and respond with approval or clarification questions.
7. Timing and method
Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days to the original payment method where technically possible; otherwise we coordinate an alternative traceable transfer.
8. Cancellations by Stream Node
If we cancel a cohort due to low enrollment or force majeure, you may choose a full refund or a seat transfer to a later date without penalty.
9. Exceptions
Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of refund channels, or breach of conduct policies may disqualify future refunds at our discretion, subject to consumer protections that cannot be waived.
