1. Agreement
By accessing streamnode.one ("Site") operated by Stream Node ("we", "us"), you agree to these General Terms and our Data Protection statement. If you disagree, discontinue use of the Site. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
2. Services described
The Site presents informational descriptions of training programs, downloadable resources references, and contact channels. Unless a separate signed agreement exists, no professional services are delivered solely through form submissions on this Site.
3. Accounts and communications
If we enable accounts or mailing lists in the future, you must provide accurate information and safeguard credentials. You agree that operational notices may be sent to the email you supply, subject to your marketing preferences where applicable.
4. Intellectual property
All text, diagrams, trademarks, and media layouts on the Site are owned by Stream Node or licensed partners. You may not scrape, resell, or mirror the Site for competitive training catalogs without written permission. Fair use quotations must cite Stream Node.
5. Acceptable use
You will not attempt to disrupt the Site, probe unauthorized areas, upload malware, or harvest personal data of other visitors. Automated high-volume requests are prohibited unless we provide an API key in writing.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the Brazilian Civil Code and Consumer Defense Code (CDC), Stream Node is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for direct damages relating to the Site shall not exceed BRL 500 unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
7. Dispute resolution
Parties agree to seek good-faith resolution through contact channels listed on the Site. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Sao Paulo, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil, unless consumer rules grant you a non-waivable venue closer to your domicile.
8. Termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. We may update these General Terms by posting a revised version with a new last updated date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the changes to the extent permitted by law.
